Waiver FormBelow is a link to our waiver form. As of 06/13/09 we now allow players that are as young as 10 years old. If you are under 18 years of age you must have a waiver form filled out by one of the two following methods:
#1 - Your parent or legal guardian has signed the waiver in front of one of our employees.
#2 - Your parent or legal guardian has signed the waiver and has had it notorized.
If you are under 18 years of age and do not have one of the above YOU CAN NOT PLAY. Most currency exchanges and banks have a Notary that can take care of it.
